Solar Powered Life

I cannot be any happier with the weather we're having in Miami. Right now according to wundergound, it's 70.9 degrees, and there are five clouds in the sky. It's going to be 80 today. Perfect! And yes I know my friends in and around the Gulf states and Atlanta are enjoying some warmer temps too, but It's been like this for awhile. It's the best. It has literally altered my perspective on where I want to live. Maybe not Miami for the rest of my life, but I'm going to need a second house somewhere in the tropics. On some other notes other notes......

I'm going coconuting today. If you can come up with a better term for let me know. But the trees are full of coconuts and I better get them before the FIU deems them a hazard and removes them, or the hippies get to them. I wanted to go up to Palm Beach today and observe the shark migration that's happening now, but after objections from family and my girlfriend, I've postponed that until tomorrow.

And probably the biggest news to come out of my camp is I have purchased my ticket to Nicaragua. July 5 I will be flying down for surf and culture....mostly surf, but culture too. I got a great deal on a flight and pretty pumped about it. And lastly, to help prepare for this journey, I've been cut off from the English language from my friend and my girlfriend. So that should be fun.
